HOW WE PROCESS YOUR ORDER
1. CAD DESIGN
Your idea or selected design is carefully converted into a detailed 3D CAD model. We check the proportions, stone placement, dimensions, and overall look before production begins.
2. 3D MODEL & WAX
Once the CAD design is approved, we create a precise 3D wax/resin model. This model is used to ensure the shape, size, and details are exactly as planned.
3. CASTING & CRAFTING
The model is cast in the selected metal, such as 925 Sterling Silver or Gold. Our skilled craftsmen then clean, shape, polish, and carefully set each stone by hand.
4. FINAL QUALITY CHECK & READY TO SHIP
The finished jewelry goes through a final quality inspection. We check the stones, polish, finishing, size, and overall appearance. After approval, your jewelry is carefully packed and ready to ship to you.
